About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment professional, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inferential Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I received my Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2004. I have worked in inpatient hospitals, partial hospital programs, non-profit individual and group therapy programs, and Employee Assistance Programs. I have experience conducting therapy with children, adolescents, couples, those who are neuro-divergent, and clients with severe and persistent mental illness. I am licensed in both NJ (44SC05317700) and GA (CSW003971).
I specialize in Anxiety Disorders, specifically Agoraphobia, Panic Attacks, and Generalized Anxiety. I also specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I provide treatment for family issues, life transitions, workplace stress, and parenting issues. My practice is currently available to adult clients (21+) for individual teletherapy sessions.
My rates
Talk therapy
Online virtual teletherapy, is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly as agreed to in your individual treatment plan.
My office hours are T-TH 9am to 5pm (last client session is 4-5pm) and Friday 9am-2pm. I do not have evening or weekend availability.
For clients residing in NJ, I accept insurance and self payment. I accept Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Cigna, and Oxford.
In GA, I accept self pay rates as well as the following insurances: Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
